The Clery Act Compliance Policy clarifies university commitments and the applicability of the Clery Act throughout the university.

The Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy documents the university’s prohibition of discrimination, including harassment and retaliation, based on a protected classification, including race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetic information.

The Religious Accommodation Policy requires that university administrators and faculty reasonably accommodate the religious needs, observances, and practices of employees and students upon request.

The Smoking and Tobacco Policy establishes the university's commitment to protect the health of university faculty, staff, students, and visitors on its campuses and in its vehicles.
