Training Collaboration & Support
Partner with us
University Compliance is available to collaborate with our compliance partners to create customized compliance training. Reasons to provide compliance training may include a legal requirement, or a knowledge or skill gap leading to a potential compliance issue. We realize that many partners with compliance expertise may lack staff with experience developing web-based or multi-media training. If you believe customized compliance training may suit your needs or to learn more, reach out to compliance@arizona.edu.

What to expect
Collaborative compliance training is developed using a process called instructional design. When you reach out to work with University Compliance you will receive a response an instructional designer to set up a scoping call. During that call, the instructional designer will learn more about your project and discuss whether a training intervention could be an effective solution to whatever problem you are facing.
If the project seems like a good fit, the next steps will involve collaboration to identify the knowledge, skills, or abilities’ (KSAs) gap creating the issue. Our instructional designer will work closely with the subject matter experts on your team to design and develop learning materials to address those KSA gaps, as well as assessments to measure the achievement of the learners. The designer will also provide an estimate of the timeframe expected to bring the project to completion. Effective training can take several months to develop, so expect to get started early. If you have an urgent need for, training please still reach out for a consultation.
