What to expect

Collaborative compliance training is developed using a process called instructional design. When you reach out to work with University Compliance you will receive a response an instructional designer to set up a scoping call. During that call, the instructional designer will learn more about your project and discuss whether a training intervention could be an effective solution to whatever problem you are facing.

If the project seems like a good fit, the next steps will involve collaboration to identify the knowledge, skills, or abilities’ (KSAs) gap creating the issue. Our instructional designer will work closely with the subject matter experts on your team to design and develop learning materials to address those KSA gaps, as well as assessments to measure the achievement of the learners. The designer will also provide an estimate of the timeframe expected to bring the project to completion.  Effective training can take several months to develop, so expect to get started early. If you have an urgent need for, training please still reach out for a consultation.

Examples of training we have created in the past can be found here.
