Reporting Options

The University of Arizona offers a variety of options to report concerns.

If employees are comfortable making a non-confidential report, they are encouraged to first report their concern to their supervisor, department manager, or the designated university office responsible for addressing such matters.

If students are comfortable making a non-confidential report, they are encouraged to reach out to an individual or office that can assist at the first potential level of resolution.

Student-related concerns, including potential Academic Integrity and Student Code of Conduct violations

Ethics and Compliance Hotline

Legal and policy violations or unethical conduct concerns

Human Resources

Employee-related concerns, including potential workplace violence violations 

Institutional Equity

Discrimination, including harassment and retaliation

Ombuds Office

Consultation and coaching to address faculty, staff, and student concerns
